I love it here. I travel for work and this is one of the best places I have stayed for a period of time. They are very helpful, accommodating and the rooms are clean and cozy. I would recommend Seaside to anyone visiting the area.

This is a place to stay! The new owner "Z" is a high spirited owner his wife too. Any needs you have with within reason will be met its a quiet stay comfortable rooms with a healthy breakfast. Z has brought this place back from the dead. My family will stay again next time we are in oob Ohh yeah if your t.v. goes out expect them to have one to two people there to get it going again.Thank you again for the peacefulness of our stay.Once Z is done what his vision of his place will be all will be surprised. MY KIDS LOVED BOTH OF THEM! Can't ask for better people. Will be waiting to stay next summer.

The owners were awesome, very welcoming and accomodating. The room was immaculate. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay in it. Can't beat the price. Close to everything you could desire. Highly recommend it and will be back!
This was our first visit to MAine and so glad we choice this place. The owner of the location was the best i have ever dealt with. My husband and I travel a lot and have never had the hospitality like this place gave us. He took his time to inform us on things we could do the next day and how to get there. His customer service was PHENOMENAL. rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. WE had a great experience that we are returning in 2 weeks with my son and his wife and my grand kids. !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF GOING TO OLD ORCHARD BEACH!!!!!!! They deserve 100 stars
